CES Teacher Support

CES PTO strives to support staff, classrooms, and student education. We love our CES staff and show our appreciation with break room treats, stocking the fridge, and more. In addition, we raise money and provide grants to help financially support our school.

CLASSROOM GRANTS

Classroom (Reimbursement) Grants are available to each CES Certified Staff (plus library and health room) each school year to be reimbursed for classroom supplies and materials. Each grant is pre-approved for up to $150. These funds can be used for classroom snacks, giveaways/prizes, classroom materials, tools, fidgets, decor, TeachersPayTeachers, and more. Grants do not carry over between school years.

GRADE LEVEL ENRICHMENT GRANTS

Grade Level Enrichment Grants are available to CES teachers of each grade level each year. Each grade level (K-5) can apply for up to $300 to enrich students' education and school experience. They can be field trips, guest speakers, supplies for special projects, and more. These fees can be reimbursed or can have invoice payment arranged in advance. They are intended to enhance the whole student body of each grade and should be coordinated between grade level teachers. Grants do not carry over between school years.

EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT GRANT

$3,000 Educational Support Grant is intended to enhance student curriculum, and provide long-lasting equipment or assets for the school. Where the grade level enrichment grant is to support students in each grade for each year, this curriculum enhancement grant is intended to support students with continued longevity. CES PTO accepts grant proposals in the fall from any CES staff and will raise funds for selected proposal(s), for a combined total of $3,000. Proposals for subscriptions or consumable materials will not be approved through this grant.
